A delegation of nine officials led by Dr. Nguyen Thi Minh, Director General of the National Legal Aid Agency (NLAA) of the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam paid a working visit to Finland in April 3-5, 2017. Asia-Finland Law Consulting Oy had an honour to arrange visits for the delegation to the Finnish Bar Association, the Ministry of Justice of Finland and Helsinki State Legal Aid Office. Mr. Jani Kaulo, CEO of Asia-Finland Law Consulting Oy, followed the delegation to the office Finnish Bar Association in the centre of Helsinki on April 4, 2017. The purpose of the visits is to study Finnish experiences on legal aid in order to help the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam in drafting amendments the 2006 Law of Legal Aid. The amendments will be submitted to Vietnamese National Assembly in May 2017.
