AFL was accepted as a full member of The European Relocation Association (EURA) in Finland. EURA was formed in 1998 with the aim of promoting the benefits of professionally managed relocation and mobility services to companies with globally mobile employees. AFL offers a range of services designed to facilitate the mobility of individuals or groups of individuals and their families in Finland. AFL provides the following relocation services:
- Checking and drafting employment agreements
- Background check for employers and employees
- Residence/work permits (and extensions) for the whole family
- Finding accommodation
- Finding schools/day-care places/ language courses for children & adults
- Social security registration
- Bank, tax matters
- Daily-life routines in the beginning
